Caramel Icing

cup butter

cup brown sugar

½ cup powder sugar
¼
tsp. salt

½ tsp. milk
Cook
butter and brown sugar 3-5 minutes. Add rest of ingredients. Beat by hand.
Caramel Frosting
1
½ cup brown sugar
¼
cup top milk (cream?)
2
Tbs. butter
2
Tbs. corn syrup
Bring
to a boil and cook until a firm ball is formed. Let cool. Add vanilla (1tsp).
