minced clams and juice

qt half and half cream and milk

Tbs. (1 ½ taste) red wine vinegar
Drain
juice from clams and pour over vegetables in small sauce pan. Add enough water to cover and cook until
tender.
Melt
butter and flour
Make
white sauce add vinegar and juice on veg. Dump clams and veggies and add
vinegar.
