Lemon Bars


Crust:
2 cups flour
½ cup sifted powdered sugar
1 cup butter.
 Cut in like pie crust. Spread on bottom of 9”x13” pan. Bake at 350º for 20-25minutes.
 

Mix:

4 beaten eggs

2 cup sugar

1/3 cup lemon juice

 

 Slowly add ¼ cup flour

½ tsp baking powder.

Pour over crust and bake for 25 minutes.
